Zachary
Zachary is from the South. After graduating from The University of Alabama with a degree in Food and Human Nutrition, he rambled on, working a variety of jobs in different places while further sorting his interests. At last, he concluded to follow his original interest with food and nutrition back to the literal roots in farming. Believing himself cut out to be a farmer, his participation in the Organic Farmer Training Program is to make sure that he is sewn up right!
